1st attempt at using a Sewing machine

A slight diversion from my usual. I've just attended a class at So Sew Pretty workshop in Dumfries aimed at first time users of a sewing machine.
Two items were made during the evening.

First a pin cushion

and then a cushion cover.

All materials were provided.

Fantastic experience and definitely recommended.
